今天的LSD也調整時間,早上起來身體還是累累的,且外頭下著雨,就繼續休息;早上跟下午就陪老婆,也詢問她上週日為何不開心,那天她希望我的跑步不要影響一家人中午吃飯的時間,我也說了上週那天比較熱,所以跑完比之前還要累,所以回到家撐不到下午就想睡覺了。
知道她在意的點後,下次我就盡量避免中午前去休息,撐到中午吃完飯,下午再去睡一下囉XD
