一早就鬧烏龍⋯今天是台北馬的日子,照慣例計劃掛著耳機拿著手機,喜歡邊跑邊聽讓自己好像也參與其中一樣,然後預計跑15-21公里,因為會聽耳機也特別選在學校操場跑⋯⋯結果到了現場才發現什麼都帶了,耳機也掛好了⋯⋯但是手機沒帶出門⋯家裡鐵門也放下來了,要吵醒家人只為了手機?算了吧,就在操場順順跑,可能是天冷人比較少,已經算是可以包場狀態,於是我改成逆順逆順時鐘,各跑30分鐘,前面體感順順跑,最後5k才拉一點速度,也應該是歡樂錶吧,整體應該速度沒這麼快~
最後跑完回家之後⋯⋯台北馬菁英選手都跑完了⋯⋯淚⋯早安,天氣變了,更好跑之餘也要注意保暖,加油
