星期日跑完八寶寮休息一天,今天恢復跑,覺得狀況還不錯✌️但是右腳因為星期日穿阿托三代,三代還沒有跟我征戰過山路全馬,跑到後段下坡壓到腳趾頭卻不知道怎麼改變姿勢,於是就是疼痛收場🫠今天早上特地穿跟上來,還是最愛你,超級好穿❤️
