近迷上了心率訓練,一直小心翼翼避免心跳超過訓練區間,寧慢勿快!但今天真的太熱了,本來要環三蘆一圈,結果回到成蘆橋下就放棄了.....跑16.25k最後走5k回家,也是一個半馬!XD
