旅館在北門,所以早上從大稻埕碼頭開始跑,起跑一如往常昏昏欲睡,但後面漸入佳境,慢慢推到5分半,10K折返到社子島頭休息補給,之後跑回大稻埕再折返2K,半馬1:59:50,回大稻埕喝口水之後跑回北門。又是比預計多跑的一天!原訂20K實際24K,以跑量來說本週就尖峰了,接下來開始減量。
