30k後一直很擔心腳跟身體會瞬間無力或遇到撞牆期🏃抽筋⋯等無法預期的情況
跑完沒有遇到撞期,完賽後腳沒有不適感🏃🏃
賽後洗好澡要直接去吃名古屋鰻魚飯(鰻魚飯)逛街⋯
