晨跑河濱,去程快到三峽時,陽光開始露臉,略微悶熱,還好撐的住,折返回浮洲橋時16k,想想還是湊半馬好了,這時陽光與溫度增強,只能降速慢慢跑,完成半馬。另外,感謝新月橋馬拉松的主辦單位,新莊慢跑的浮洲橋水站志工,謝謝妳們熱情的提供免費的水,讓我們河濱晨跑的民眾,更有繼續跑下去的動力
