真的是要逼死誰!😩
昨晚聊天到3點多才睡,5點腳抽筋驚醒,斷斷續續睡眠8點多起床,12點從南投回程,在車上小憩一會兒。
16點跑,前半段也是熱,沒什麼風,15K後就開始覺得累🥱17K後真的也是努力撐…最後完跑半馬…
