今天心情很棒,就出門跑馬趣咩,想著想著,就來個永歸關龍+17km山手線咩,午後的陽光雖然有點熱,但曬起來還蠻舒服的,就這樣跑了一個超馬52km/6.5小時,今年南橫百k,這樣的狀況應該沒問題唄,哈~,還是多練練比較實際咩😄😄😄
