昨天就知道今天一定是個路跑的好天氣!所以就是完成未完成的目標吧!GO!大台北超馬!
上次挑戰是5月9日07:42出發,結果因天氣悶熱,到南港軟體園區站就放棄了。這次是好天氣再挑戰一下!
送安安上學後就出發了,早餐吃白煮蛋、巧克力、半個饅頭,水。來到基八門往社子島方向走,採逆時鍾方向跑,跟上次一樣的路線。
到台北大橋約12K。
到大稻埕租借站約13K(在這裡加水補給)。
到華中橋自行車道下約19K(艋舺馬地點)
水源快速道路橋下往景美方向(6494/25525)
動物園(8247/33772)(在景美溪右岸,標示至8.5K)
深坑大樹下旁小七(5089/38861)(在這裡補給-香蕉、統一多多、起司貝果、水2瓶)
