| 初113K--2017普悠瑪鐵人三項
繼去年十月第一場台東之美51.5K鐵人賽後,似乎有那麼一點愛上這種複合式的賽事,相較於馬拉松或自行車來得有趣,雖然報名費很可觀...
有幸在維神的邀(ㄊㄨㄟ)約(ㄎㄥ)下升級到了超半鐵,一起在瘋三鐵參加團報,原先是參加競賽組,但為了省摳摳之下改成挑戰組,想說既然是初超半鐵先試試水溫就好。
因近期參加了不少變態賽事(合歡越野馬、陽明山超馬、南橫百K)沒甚麼多餘的時間進行訓練,沒想到游泳這關似乎比起初鐵時來的好,也幸虧評董借我板輪,讓我自行車的成績沒有掉得很難看,最後一關跑步就真的得靠自己平時的功力了,雖然最後幾K也是跑到不要不要,但比起初鐵時轉換跑步差點抽筋的狀態好了很多;補給方面準備了四個能量包及兩包BCAA,剛好應付這場六小時的賽事,可惜時間還是浪費在T1及T2的轉換,期待下一場賽事能有更好的表現,以Sub6為目標。
