第二場226還是選擇喜歡的台東普悠瑪鐵人三項
今年改變訓練方法,採重質不重量,體能也沒去年好必須要有所選擇-重訓完全放棄/游泳不練強度/單車減少出門騎/跑步吃二四課表再加上星期日的15-21k
游泳沒練速度,速度一直掉
單車少出去騎,騎乘最長距離沒破120k過
跑步從1月8日全馬後,跑最長距離沒超過22k
比賽前天晚上依然淺眠的睡不著.....奇怪我又不會緊張
早上3點50起床整理吃早餐,我比賽用早餐的慣例是兩塊麵包+一瓶黑麥汁(越甜越好)
還沒5點老婆送我下樓,我開車到會場竟然還沒5點...有點太早到,在轉換區裡邊整理邊拉筋邊找人聊天,有些鐵友只會在比賽時遇到,這時候是大家交流的時間
6點開賽,這次報名人數少了約100個
游泳3800m/游兩圈各1900m/賽前設定1時16分內
我知道游泳無法再快,也不想快,畢竟才佔總時間10分之一要多保留體力,選擇靠左邊的線自己順順的游,第一圈上岸時間36分多/還不錯,吃塊香蕉繼續第二趟,後面很明顯手的力量有減弱,游完起來1小時15分58秒,很棒.
T1轉換區
這次脫防寒衣不像安平那次脫不下來cc,吃包能量膠,帽子/眼睛/號碼戴/卡鞋這裡穿就好226不用急的,go出發,開始我的強項了
單車180公里/來回兩趟各90公里/設定要比去年好(去年5小時19分)
去程是順風,記得30補給一次/沒事多喝水,趕快喚起去年騎乘的感覺不用力順順騎就好,八嗡嗡45k折返後一切順利,50k後兩邊腰部開始痠痛,心裡想完蛋,第一次騎車發生這種狀況...無法長時間趴騎就沒達到騎三鐵車的最大效益了,第一圈90k騎完時間2小時30分,比去年快..但我完全沒有興奮感,因為無法持續趴騎第二趟一定慢很多很多,中間補給也發生嘔吐症狀,只好過50-60分才補給一次能量膠(賽後認為每30分一次對我來說是負擔,下次要50分一次),以上身體的症狀讓心理產生了負面影響,腦子忽然跳過二句話“長距離的賽事迷人之處就是你不知道會發生什麼事”“堅持是唯一的道路”哈哈..我們彰化139間歇團名言,參賽鐵人三項以來第一次被2個人追過,第一次看的到前面確追不過(也許在告訴我單車要加強了,不要靠你以前留下來的底),第二趟騎完90公里時間2小時54分..@.@
T2轉換區
回來可以在車上脫鞋/第一跑步好跑/第二卡鞋才不會被偷走,車放好後先把碼表丟掉包包裡,拿出要帶的能量包,穿襪子鞋子,吃包能量膠喝罐蠻牛/出發最後的全馬
跑步42公里/馬亨亨大道一圈8k來回5趟/設定3小時40分
心裡一直記得去年跑10k後兩隻後大腿肌群開始要抽筋,這次給自己順順跑讓身體自己去配速,跑了3k就追到一個,那個人跟在我後面跑後又衝去前面...我想你這樣亂衝一定用走的(果然他這樣亂衝幾次後就不見用走的了),“226的決勝點是最後的10公里”,去年因補給不夠今年特地帶5包能量膠,本來已追到總4差50m,因補給問題我還是吃到停下來嘔吐,又被拉開再也追不上(補給分配需要再加強練習),最後一圈人家跟我說我是總5....心想既然後面離很遠最後一慢慢跑了,也跟老婆說會終點等我,跑到中華大橋旁時看後面果然一個都沒有,過終點裁判說是總6......心想幹..那時後被追過的,我怎麼沒看到那個人有戴最後一圈的信物,事後回想...人家跑在你後面刻意藏起來不讓你知道,下次有機會我也要用這戰術,還有跑步要來全開試看看。
這次完賽有達到設定時間10時30分-40分,很棒了
