這場安平星光全馬,感謝天公作美,沒什麼太陽,也只下了一點小雨 ,讓像上禮拜的熱爆情形未再出現,前面跑的很順,速度也有出來,一開始還肖想破四,結果果然驗證了「跑馬沒有奇蹟,只有累積」,平時不練長距離的結果,就是21K之後,雙腿酸痛嚴重,根本是舉步為艱,幸好休息有稍改善,但後來掉速太明顯,最後幾K連七分速都保不住。但我已經盡力了,也錯過太多的美食,如烤肉、章魚燒、霜淇淋、烤鴨等等.....。這場是我今年唯一的一場全馬,經過一年的生聚教訓,結果還是沒破4小時30分,只能說肌耐力實在不夠啊!
