前天比賽疲勞感未全消…
今天不趕時間…那就慢慢跑…聊天跑…
市區往蘭潭途中遇到跑友shuli…一起跑到了崇仁護校…他要上半天岩…我不敢跟…我就轉向蘭潭跑了!
跑蘭潭又遇到杜老爺…一起跑了約6km…被他帶向跑上好漢坡…真素要我命! XD
後半段的里程就都自己跑了!所幸4點前下了一場雨…今天還沒有算很熱…結果還是8點半前就回到家了! ^_^
