今天來個LSD,從愛河之心開使,沿著愛河跑到家樂福,然轉進元亨寺--->動物園---->忠烈祠---->中山大學---->柴山大道---->檢查哨,再原路返回愛河之心,顯然大腿肌力不足,返回途中最後ㄧ個上坡上動物園就爬不上了,後面兩三公里更別提了!
三月底八卦山台地,我的初馬,看來要加緊訓練了!
