大湖草莓馬。暫時退休倒數第四馬,ㄧ直跑爬升破千的山路馬苦惱好久沒有sub5了,這場爬升600,不管了這場我就是要sub5。冷到不行的天氣起跑ㄧ路看過去只有我沒穿壓縮褲在跑,只是覺得冷成這樣不差那ㄧ層了,倒是手背凍到痛。冷到進補給站想說吃鹽巴,結果放在嘴巴覺得只有一點甜,還想問志工是不是拿錯了?結果台鹽包裝就在旁邊...,自我診斷是冷到味覺都沒有了。這場補給超棒,有各種熱湯,薑母茶,雞湯,味增湯,紫米甜點,各類固體食物,還有吃到飽的草莓。而且經過鯉魚潭風景也超棒,不輸石門水庫。只是ㄧ開始太愛衝,前半馬撐的跟當年衝半馬ㄧ樣喘,後半好險被下坡救了,也ㄧ路跟之前台積慢跑社朋友刷來刷去,他們跑得可愜意,相當佩服,時至今日我仍不能很放鬆的跑完一場全馬,最後7k出現里程倒數的牌子,算了一下驚覺里程有多,不敢鬆懈拖著一身脾寒疼痛總算sub5達成。之前跟加富打賭沒上凸台請課,算我輸了,請加富哥爽爽吃金色三麥,加富說,啊!這才是人生啊!
賽後評分: 補給100分,真的有為跑者考慮到賽道低溫特性,準備不少熱湯,而且草莓吃到飽
