這個是接著上星期的田中馬拉松的第二個比賽,起初擔心體力未能恢復,但體力是可以恢復的,但這星期的工作實在太忙,而且每個晚上都有飯局,所以在未能完善安排行程之同時,又要顧及工作,因此每晚太夜睡,搞到出發前一日終於病倒了。於是看過醫生帶著藥過來跑,希望在比賽的時候已經可以好過來。
昨晚浸過溫泉食完藥便去睡了,但今早起來好了點,但仍然在傷風,喉嚨還有點不太舒服。有唸過退賽,但覺得很可惜,後來覺得可以跑慢啲看看超過4小時完成也可以。於是頂著上線。因為減慢了速度,所以覺得舒服好多了。
今天帶著病去跑步,幸好平安完成。
