| 時隔2年,終於再次嘗試全馬,
因為前兩馬的經驗都太痛苦,
所以設定下次全馬絕不當步兵,
並希望可以破四~
今天一開始就很小心,小心到開賽3分鐘才過起跑線,沿途盡量控制不超速,穩穩來。進了10次補水跟補給,就怕30K抽筋,終於,穩穩開到30k,並在32k狠狠巴過鋼鐵人,然後平安到達終點,成績3小時46分,比之前大躍進了50分鐘,心情相當激動。所以,今天 請各位允許我任性地稱呼自己一次~~~大 破 銓 !😆😆
