2019/01/13渣打馬拉松
去年2018渣打馬帶徐姐(視障跑者)以5:34艱辛完賽,當時她就說,從此不報全馬賽事。今年她說主辦單位對視障者非常禮遇,她又報名2019渣打全馬。她跑速不穩忽快忽慢,很難找到陪跑員配合,我只好又一次接下視障陪跑任務。每週三有固定陪徐姐晨跑10K,12/01陪跑三商盃半馬,對她的現況算是瞭解。賽前她說要拼Sub 5,我摇頭,心想不可能(她看不見我的動作),這將是一場困難任務。
當天涼爽是個跑的好天氣,主辦單位禮遇視障者,提早一分鐘起跑,降低被追撞的風險。開跑後配合她的速度陪跑,或許她有些企圖心花61分鐘跑完前10K。但超過平常練跑量10K之後開始掉速,以2:20完成前半馬20K,從數據看Sub 5感覺還有機會,實際上不然……過南湖大橋往回跑,在22K之後已超過她的體能負擔,狀況越來越差,幾次急煞停車休息,好擔心會被後方追撞。
約在26K左右開始喊說橫隔膜,她說想棄賽…我當做沒聽到,改用走路讓她舒緩些,再慢慢拉成快走,然後再跑一段。就用”走-快走-慢跑”的節奏,拉著她繼續前進。過大直橋折返點(近31K),她喊”哈利路亞!感謝主”,我們要跑回去了。我不忍心看她的表情(怕心軟),知道她已經非常疲憊,仍強拉她前進,最後以5:05回到終點。她又說”不再跑全馬”,希望她這次是說真的…
