| 聽前輩說鎮西堡馬100K後的下一個禮拜,如果跑馬,應該會跟飛的一樣(前輩沒說的事......如果練不夠,只能飛一半)所以當初葫蘆墩馬咬著牙就給他報下企,前天1/27前面20K還真的蠻好跑的,但是後半馬還是因為疲勞就一整個爆掉,只能跑跑走走硬拖,辛苦壓秒完賽!
葫蘆墩馬今年很特別跑進花博豐原后里跟外埔三個園區,不過感覺沒看到多少花,階梯倒是爬了不少,雙腳爬到超虐心。
主辦單位很暖心,完賽還準備冷&熱綠豆沙,熱稀飯,溫暖每位跑者的胃,是值得推薦的賽事!
