基隆Hugo 路線不錯,只可惜主辦單位不知在搞什麼。路踐明明很有彈性,只要再跑開跑的第一補給站約2K,來回就有4K剛好足夠馬拉松里程。
所以懷疑擬定路綫的人沒錯,應該是執行單位的問題。比較可議的是半馬及10K都反應里程不足了,也不處理,真是OOXX的。
大熱天補給陽春無所謂,更糟的是沿途無商店可買,最後肚子餓餅干加減吃。
荒廢快一個月的跑量,跑起來就有點力不從心。加上第3補給站後5K的破碎路面,要跑2趟就20K。後面天氣漸熱就放慢速度邊跑邊走,還好前面下坡有先衝了10K的5分速,上坡就不行了,心肺還是尚未恢復。
