9/16 課題 " 動態熱身+90分鐘輕快跑+8趟100m衝刺跑(八成力)+1圈緩和+伸展放鬆 " 今天秋老虎繼續發威,下午高溫據說來到了37.5度,晚上也變得相當悶熱,不管任何的天候因素是不會影響到訓練的,今晚的村棋ㄍ有種一吐怨氣的感覺,前些日子感冒影響到訓練也影響到比賽,開跑後感覺他熱開來了,速度也不自覺得慢慢往上加,到後半程開始就慢慢開始乘客下車了,今天的兇手不是我唷!哈~感謝今晚許多好朋友陪跑,謝謝你(妳)們
