前半馬速度保持不錯,後半馬到33km體力開始透支,35km後嚴重饑餓感,37km補給站吃了3條香蕉,也無法立即補足體力,步伐抬不起,速度僅能保10~11km,最後完賽成績也算ok。 前半馬速度不錯,到33km速度也大致維持,但開始有體力透支現象,到35km後果真飢腸轆轆,沒體力維持速度,想補充熱量也來不及,到38km速度僅能保10~11km,此時一些選手也從後超車而過,想追也無力回天。
賽前宣言: 賽前一周出遊,對此場賽事期望能平穩完賽。
賽後評分: 全馬選手比賽完,僅有麵包餐點,太陽春了,希望主辦單位能改進
