上週宜蘭國道馬右腳掌傷後,經過1星期休養,走路已經完全不痛,但還沒練跑過,抱著慢慢跑(8分速)的想法希望可以順利完賽。
剛起跑小下坡,即感覺到地面反作用的衝擊力對舊傷的衝擊,隱隱作痛,於是再放慢速度,感覺好些了,順利完成了16K,也到了前半段路程的最高點,接下來的長下坡才是痛苦開始,右腳掌完全無法全身重量的衝擊力,痛感加劇,於是放棄,改採步兵前進方式,抓一下時間,還剩26公里,還有4個半小時時間,應該還是可以在關門前回去,於是一路馬不停蹄快走前進,終於到了26K處,全馬半馬分道揚鑣處,沒想到這才是苦難的開始,半馬組接著連續3公里上坡回終點,全馬組先是6.5公里長下坡,一路下到水里,接著是9.5公里的長上坡,真是變態,但對採步兵前進的我倒是差別不太,還是一個刻不敢停留,拼命往終點前進,最後趕在關門前10分鐘回到終點,辛苦一同參賽的伙伴們在終點耐心等候,謝謝你們!
