合歡馬完賽後第五日,身體已完全復原,今天再試一下速耐力,目標p4:45三趟5K,第一趟速度不太會掌控,第二趟感覺呼吸還調整不過來,第三趟很順,前二趟大約六七成力,第三趟幾乎只用了五成力,而且越跑越快,我擔心像10/26那樣第三趟後繼無力,小心控制著呼吸,配速大概可以輕鬆到達4:30,很神奇的跑步體驗~
