台中Anderson Jhan 今天跑了人生的第三場馬拉松~算是跑者的大拜拜:台北馬拉松 42.195KM

距離上一場才不到一個半月,恢復不完全之外只有練過一次早24晚6的分段長距離,加上這週的睡眠品質不佳與天氣預報寒冷有雨使得起跑前甚至起跑後三公里還很遲疑今天是否能正常完賽,好在雨勢不大跑感還可以就依體感順順跑,全馬九千人的賽事很難恣意的發揮,但好處是容易可以找得到相同配速的跑友擋風,雖然當勇士很威風,不過勇士與烈士往往只有一線之隔🤣
