河濱公園
禮拜天烏來超半馬賽後整整休息了兩天,賽後發現我衝下坡配速四分內時的步福可以跨到1.33。平常練跑多落在1.1多。顯然我要提高我的配速有必要增加步幅。為了這我最近一直有在練下半身骼肌核心肌群,趁今天就大膽的來試驗一下。
刻意調整跑姿盡量保持身體的軸線脊椎在中間不要亂晃,兩邊的腰保持一樣長,減少不必要的力氣浪費。
前半程的時候有稍為跨比較大,步幅還可以維持在1.2左右,中段一直到9K折返前一直在調整姿勢,配速有點HOLD不住,步幅也不大大約1.1左右。
折返後調整身體重心身體略微前傾,步伐跨更大,大概有到1.2左右。感覺雙腿滯空的時間變得比較長。最後五公里配速4:2X左右。全程的步頻約在182上下。
這樣的跑姿跑起來有比較快,下次再練習看能不能記住這種感覺。
