已經很久沒下雨跑步了,也第一次在台灣穿長袖跑步,因為猜可能陪跑跑不快而且會用走的,所以就決定穿長袖,本來開始還覺得穿錯,因為連續9公里的上坡,身體一下子就熱起來了,但之後阿長的速度漸漸變慢,一路上大腿常常抽筋,所以總是要拉一下筋,才能繼續往前跑...不過幸好還是可以繼續往前跑...就這樣距離慢慢縮短,時間依然在控制內...陪跑還真的是新體驗,不過以後可能也沒什麼機會,這場也是一次很好的陪跑經驗...
