溪洲部落 碧潭 24k
烟花颱風遠離,山區飽含水分,離開跑了二個半月的山路到河濱,原本預計跑到動物園,但景美水門還未打開,只好折返回碧潭,河濱一早就很多人運動,不過大多數人口罩戴得還不錯,一路有各種路況(泥巴積水區、樓梯、紅土跑道)可以玩,今天目標22-28k,不過21k之後體力下滑,最後3k只能慢跑提早收操~
