基本訓練
三瓶水都喝完了,原本想挑戰30k的,前面21k速度已經放慢了,但還是很辛苦,一身臭汗,腳也漸漸不聽使喚,後面7K都是硬撐的,跟三鐵最後的跑步差不多,如果還有補給應該可以撐到30K的,但也差不多極限了,我確定全馬比標鐵辛苦!
