好隆路跑許久一次的團練...
能夠參與其中真是莫大的榮幸(這句是講給會長聽的......)
第一次跑到30K...果然在過了25K後腿肌力明顯不足....
隱隱有要抽筋的態勢....
要加強這點...恐怕要靠健身房的駐點教練來指導...
只是他會不會拿個滾輪就要我滾上2小時啊~~~~
