原本計劃5k*3,大佳河濱到彩虹橋大約8k,5k過後覺得再撐3k就可以到,臨時改為加速跑二趟。在彩虹橋下停錶 喝水 走休二分鐘,回程跟去程一樣覺得辛苦,撐了6k在大直橋放棄,停錶 喝水 走休二分鐘,再慢慢跑完今日里程,這時太陽出來曬背 好燙~
