賽季的第一場全馬總是比較艱辛,加上30度的大太陽讓心肺跟肌力完全崩潰。在10公里後每個水站都補給,半程後每2.5K的水站是跑下去的動力,耗了不少時間。最後辛苦守住330,過終點頭還有點暈幸虧無大礙。不過兩腳底長了水泡,大小腿跟髖部痠痛無比,光是步行就感到痛苦。隔了一天情況略有好轉,這告訴我台北馬訓練不能再混了
