傷後第一次跑上這一條跑道。
可能是休息了一週了吧!!體力上感覺比之前跑起來要充沛些。
但再想一想,其實還是有些差距,因為現在是冬天跑起來真的不熱、流的汗也不多,再來實際上也休息了一個禮拜,這的次補給也較充份,不會有飢餓匱乏的感覺,回來後,左膝及右腳裸都有些不適,看來是有些勉強了,總總跡象加總起來,我真的還要有耐心些、再加油才行!!
