在兄弟陪同下首次衝擊超越21K的途程,天氣寒冷且風超大,基本上手腳全程均冰冷,身體在13-14K後才感覺有少少暖,20K過後大跌watt,跑姿走樣,再捱多5K後已散晒,觸發右膝傷患,無奈终止訓練。Joe Sir說得對,要循序漸進,太急進則容易引致受傷。
最後還是要多謝兄弟的陪伴與鼓勵,否則肯定未能完成此途程。
