第一次月跑量破200k該早幾天完成,但新店這兩星期持續下大雨少跑好幾次,直到今天硬是擠出22k,起跑前就覺得身體不舒服,果然只跑3k竟然感覺全馬撞牆期來臨,整個人呼吸困難,趕緊補給後,這感覺一直持續到10K後才好轉,真的好累好累好累
