Meant for a casual, relaxing jog tonight (at a pace around 5.30-5.45/km). Crossed paths with this song-picking-for-running-with-his-mobilephone youngster who was about to begin running since I ran 16km already. I sensed he was going to let the world listen to his picked songs as he had the volume up, so I tried to outrun him. I fully knew any local boy would think this middle-aged man tries to "challenge" him and pick up pace to face the "duel". I did hope he was a slow-paced one so I could avoid his bloody lousy music. Unfortunately, for the rest of my session (17th - 21st km) I had to reluctantly run much faster than I intended and put up with his loathsome noises because I failed to shrug him off.
