因為今年九月份縣運的受傷
10月份的跑量只有30公里
11月的跨島全馬果然沒有好結果
在一連串休養、復健
11月的月跑量勉強達到200K
台北馬之前
因為沒有30公里的長距離練習
心中總有點不踏實
今天的前半馬不敢開太快
遇到315的配屬列車後
發現我的速度還可以維持
一路上都有好友,幫我破風
雖然這裡的風比不上澎湖
28公里的時候,
左小腿有點抽筋的警訊
提醒我不能再加速了
35K之後,抽筋的狀況已不影響
一路上
台北觀眾熱情為穿「澎湖」字樣背心的我加油
抵達終點時還有力小小衝刺一下
這樣的成績,
