山路上坡簡直就是跑步的負重訓練啊
跑冷水坑後15小時去操場平地跑步簡直有種沒有束縛要飛出去的感覺,本來以為會很難跑的,可能上坡雖喘但對肌肉負擔小,所以比較不會痠痛吧
