讓勁翔跟 約3K多發現跟不上就放慢一圈
6K後 跑自己速度TR 7K有讓祈珀跟後放
吃很飽跑起來很辛苦
11.5K過後就開始緩和
後跑回去跟勁翔緩和跑 多賺幾K
