在星期六早上跟晚上的相繼單日雙跑下.我選擇星期日龜縮一天休息~今天早上本來想起來晨跑的.我發四真的有起來.可是我的肌群還在酸,所以就免強去上班,正好下班之際陳莫言先生(我的同事)很久沒找我跑步,於是我想該是復出的時候了,就當作消化乳酸的跑步吧!而且要去跑步之前我還發揮了正義精神讓我今天跑的很輕盈~只是過了將近7K我的右邊小腿又狀況發生~希望不是阿堯講的拉傷@@(烏鴉嘴)我終於二小時跑完半馬了!耶~(右小腿復建中)
