跨夜模擬跑~~
跑到半夜2點半,沒有注意到週遭的氣溫急速下降,從出發的18度到12度,跑的過程沒有感覺到冷,但一停下來拉筋後,要再跑時,全身抖個不停,已經失溫了,趕緊將應急的能量包,拿出來吃,再將風衣的帽子帶上,重新做暖身,狀況才比較好一點,重新覆跑後,不到一小時後,熱量持續消散,再度失溫,身體持續發抖,不論此時吃什麼東西都立即吐了出來。只好提前結束今日的訓練,回到家後馬上沖熱水澡,並煮了一碗味曾湯後,身體才恢復正常。這是我跑馬或訓練第一次感覺到生命遇到了危機。
預計這星期還會再做一次跨夜的模擬跑,如果狀況還是不好,已經做好棄賽的準備,自己認為不論在身理調整或心理建立及應變環境變化及補給策略認上仍不足以完賽。
