繼11月初在大雨中舉行的太魯閣峽谷馬拉松,今天的台北馬拉松又是在磅礡的大雨中進行,其實我是比較喜歡在雨中跑馬地,只要雨勢不要過大,遇到晴天大太陽就完全沒轍了,今年上半年幾乎都在國外,直到七月才開始第一場馬拉松,練習的時間也較去年少,自從讀了"氣功跑步"一書後,調整了跑姿和掌握要領後,今年的太魯閣馬拉松破了21公里的PB,今天拜大雨之賜,又破了全馬的PB,算是為今年的馬拉松畫下令人滿意的句點,展望來年,希望能夠更上層樓,但最重要的是,健健康康的享受跑馬所帶來的樂趣。
