第39馬-尖石鄉鎮西堡~祖靈之鑰(仁)超級馬拉松100K
這次帶上總姐天天玩耍100K,要當兔子把她配回來,今年的天氣又賺到了,太陽只有一下下,大多都維持在陰天,風景這次多看到雲海感覺很好,只可惜手機寄物了沒得留念,可惡XD
差點出糗,這次從起點到宇老高點跟去年維持一樣約2小30分,但是流汗量比去年多,前七站喝運動飲料補不回我的電解質,離泰崗第九水站只剩一K時(約39K),居然感覺兩邊大腿有點抽動感(天阿是要抽筋了嗎),趕快在第九水站抓了三撮鹽,結果出站後一K又來了,幸好我在車衣後面口袋有放那種小包裝黑糖加鹽的粉末,吃掉一包就舒緩了,此後的每個水站都不敢鬆懈不吃些鹽...
回程宇老要下坡本來想輕鬆點讓痠痛更少些但一直被選手逼,最後的第一水站完全不敢停留直接略站呀...
恭喜天天以12:15:47女總六完成鎮西堡100!!!
沒想到天天完成的時間跟南橫100的時間差距也太小,到底是哪場太輕鬆那場太拼 (咦?)
另外我要抱怨Garmin Forerunner 735XT 也太爛
心率+GPS不是14小時嗎,我只多開了每公里震動提醒,居然9小時27分就沒電...幸好Epson Runsense J-300B有幫我留下這次鎮西堡100的完整記錄
