瑪家五連峰
連經過兩次的都算進去應該13連峰吧-_-
從家裡到比賽會場
到賽事本身都硬邦邦的一場越野賽
就是得用北大武來做動態恢復...
在賽前就一直小有壓力
一來是腳踝傷還沒好
二來是這種神經病行程真的是挑戰
只要產業道路或下坡腳踝就發痛
甚至有棄賽的念頭
cp2其實已經超過原本預定關門時間幾分鐘了
但是覺得大老遠來到這真的不甘心
調整跑姿再加上還能忍受的痛
總算是找到可以跟它和平相處的方式
在cp3前爭取一些時間
讓我能在最後下坡散步緩和回終點
這種時時要注意腳的狀況感覺實在是加倍疲勞...
