台南古都馬拉松回來的隔天就發生車禍,左手左膝的傷口一直沒癒合,已經超過10天,眼看周末有個半馬(2014 NEW BALANCE EXCELLENT RUN)即將到來,身體已處生鏽的狀態,趁著天氣晴朗且傷口有好些的時候,於是試跑於河濱公園中,隨著傷口緊繃與炙熱天氣的加持下,速度似乎只能慢速前進中,還好熬過前面10公里後,受傷而有著不適感的左膝,當下竟消失無蹤,於是順利地折返而完成最後的7公里旅程,這次的試跑同時也告訴我能參與3/30的路跑賽,希望當天也是個好天氣。
