一路輕鬆跑,狀況意外不錯,三十幾K也沒太痛苦,但40K後開始有要抽筋的感覺,最遙遠的2K跑跑走走回終點....
過終點後停下來走沒兩步,左大腿急劇收縮開始大抽筋,感覺骨四頭肌快被壓縮到爆炸,右腿硬到可以共九桃,在領完賽禮的帳篷休息一下子才恢復,第一次這麼慘烈的大抽筋😭😭😭
