半馬過後,之前臀大肌拉傷處開始發作,反而過年期間腳踝扭傷的地方都沒事,只好降速前進,但撐到32k後就爆了,兩大腿抽筋,臀大肌超酸的,每前進一步都是痛苦,只好慢慢的凸回終點了@@
