今天趁者天氣沒下雨..氣溫還ok..來去跑跑LSD不過因為沒帶水..所以也順便測試一下最遠不喝水的跑步距離.跑了13K左右就不行了..殘念..不喝水不行..所幸就乾脆跑回家了..哈哈..沒路跑賽..補給都得背在身上..還挺累贅的說..ㄎㄎ
