高雄施大大 今日豔陽高照,對於跑馬實在折磨人啊!賽前幾天在跑友群組裡聽說有跑308高地,哥想說跑過的山路很多了沒什在怕的,一開始也還不錯,只是後來發現幾乎全馬的賽道有一半都在跑308高地,好不容易19K折返,心裡想著不是要原路線跑回去吧!結果只是跑出去大路一小段又折回另一段更陡的308..............因為這場只錄取總排5位,一開始就穩穩的保持在第4名的位置,直到30多K左右的一個大坡才被刷卡,最後很幸運的在高手都沒來的情況下總5上凸台,開心。 賽前宣言: 放假跑跑 賽後評分: 賽道都在山路幾乎很少需要交管,只是很虐心倒是 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 111~135 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 135~153 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 153~158 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 158~167 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 167~172 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為172 點此去設定最大心率 |
